Aaron Wolff is a seasoned veteran, executive, entrepreneur, and community
advocate with diverse experience in leadership, technology, health, and client
services. Currently serving as CEO of Cherubim's Developmental Training Program
& CILA Services, Aaron is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental
disabilities. His leadership efforts focus on improving technology integration,
optimizing business processes, enhancing client outcomes and quality of life, and
advancing strategic organizational vision.
Aaron brings a unique skill set to his leadership role, possessing a Bachelor's
degree in Software and a Master's in Business from Western Governors University.
Driven by his commitment to lifelong learning, he is now pursuing an additional
degree in Nursing from Elmhurst University. His extensive educational background
reflects his passion for gaining knowledge and continually embracing new
challenges.
Prior to his current leadership role, Aaron served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air
Force, specializing as a Persian Farsi Language Analyst. This prestigious role
allowed him to gain invaluable international experience and cultural insights.
Additionally, Aaron's background includes entrepreneurial ventures, including
successfully operating his own painting business.
Aaron's extensive global travel and rich encounters with diverse cultures have
deepened his empathy, strengthened interpersonal skills, and reinforced his
commitment to client and family engagement. He genuinely enjoys interacting with
clients and their families, approaching each interaction with enthusiasm and
authenticity.
